Preparing for LA EOYs

The End of Year Examinations is finally here! We have come a long way till where we are now. For Language Arts, it is not just facts and memorising. It is a matter of skills and comprehension.
For Paper 1, I will be rereading through the notes for situational writing. There are some key aspects in this area, namely tone, language and the format. For the essay, I will be reading books, newspapers and revising for the story so that I can gather more plots to write the story. I will also do some "pre-test" and time myself such that I will not overwrite or "underwrite" during the actual test.
For Paper 2, I will be going through the english file and redo some exercises so as to make sure I will not make the same mistakes again. Once again, I will also be reading, for through reading, I can boost my comprehension skills. I will also be using the skills I have learn from micro-fiction and using it in the summary.
For Paper 3, I will reread Animal Farm, and make some notes. I will also memorise the topics which are likely to test, like propaganda etc. Besides that, I will read some examples of poetry and prose analysis, so that I know what to look out for and how to approach the questions, especially which are based on Animal Farm.
Hope my effort will not be wasted!
